As planned, the meeting was to start at 10 AM in Colony. However, there was a delay in starting the meeting due to unavailability of watchman or office key. Further the tent house came late by around 11 AM. Hence, the meeting started by around 11:15 AM. There were about 30 members, representing around 47 plots participated in the meeting.
The meeting started with a welcome note and intro by Mr. Ravindrababu, Secretary of the Society and continued as below.

- Discussion on the office and association
- Updates on the registration
- Updates on the activities being performed
- Outcome from the meetings with Additional Collector, Municipal Commissioner, District Registrar and Cooperative Officer
- Current situation of the alleged encroachment in Survey No. 127 bordering Lalabhai Colony
- Update on the finances (Income and Expenses)
Meeting concluded by thanking everyone for their participation, contribution, and suggestions. The next meeting is expected to happen during the end of November 2021.
